1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Sports Saloon with Period Racing History 🏁 This 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Sports Saloon boasts an impressive period competition history, including appearances at the 1954 Goodwood Members’ Meeting, Aintree, and the R.A.C. Rally. Before 1955, it had already accumulated over 17,000 competitive miles, with its original owner, Defty, sharing the grid with legends like Roy Salvadori, Carroll Shelby, and the Marquis de Portago. Acquired by its current owner in 2014 for a private racing collection, the car has been sparingly used in various events, often driven by his wife. Now offered for sale with a recent engine rebuild and its rich Goodwood pedigree, this exceptional DB2/4 is the perfect companion for the upcoming touring season.
