We are thrilled to announce that Julia Casimiro, Lax On Elite 2026 from Sachem East High School has committed to DeSales University, becoming our program's 65TH COMMITTED ATHLETE to an NCAA program! This incredible milestone is even more special considering we've had only one recruitment team per age group over the last three seasons with 2026 team being our 4th high school team in our programs history. Julia has been a standout defender, known for her speed and ability to shut down opposing offenses with her quick reactions and relentless work ethic. Her talent on the field is matched by her excellence in the classroom, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA. Off the field, Julia is also a proud Morgan's Message Ambassador, working to raise awareness for mental health in sports.
