Ingredients:
- Naked Organic Twenty Four Bread
- Chickpeas
- Tomato
- Onion
- Mayo
- Dijon Mustard
- Finely Chopped Dill
- Chopped Dill Pickles
- Green Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
Recipe:
1) Rinse and drain chickpeas. Once, drained, rub with a paper towel until skin of chickpeas is removed.
2) Mash chickpeas in a bowl with a fork. Next, mix with mayo, Dijon mustard, dill, dill pickles, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and turmeric powder. Set aside in fridge for 15-20 minutes to let mixture chill.
3) Once chilled, spread chickpea salad onto a slice of Organic Naked Bread, top with tomatoes and red onion slices.
4) Cut in half and enjoy!
