STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT with over 40g of protein! 🍦🍓🍯
This 3-ingredient strawberry frozen yogurt has 47g of protein the perfect healthy treat 😋
Macros (without toppings): 338 calories, 47g protein, 12g carbs, 11g fat
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt (you can use plain, vanilla or strawberry)
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 serving promix strawberry milk whey protein powder
How to:
- Add the greek yogurt, milk and strawberry protein powder to your Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours, but overnight is best!
- I like to run the container under hot water for about 30 seconds to make it easier to blend.
- Run the Ninja Creami on the ‘frozen yogurt’ setting.
- If it looks a little powdery, you can add 1 tbsp of milk and then hit ‘respin’, but mine was perfect after just the frozen yogurt setting!
- Add any toppings that you’d like and enjoy! I love adding diced strawberries & granola 😋
