š¹ Reps & Sets: 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps for strengthening šŖ
š¹ Hold Time: Stretch for 15-30 seconds, repeating 2-3 times per muscle group š§āāļø
š¹ Frequency: Stretch daily for flexibility, strengthen 2-3x per week for muscle growth and stability ā
