Mad Angler Bourbon is now available in extremely limited quantities in retailers throughout the state of Michigan. This five year old bourbon is 92 proof. The mash bill is comprised of 70% organic Michigan corn, 16% winter wheat from the Iron Fish farm, 9% northern Michigan barley, and 5% winter rye from the Iron Fish farm. Mad Angler Bourbon is a 100% Michigan bourbon, from the grain that was milled, mashed, and distilled on our farm to the barrels, which came from our friends at @crozenestoakbarrels in Grand Rapids. Mad Angler was inspired by the writings of northern Michigan poet Michael Delp, whose words are inscribed on the back of Mad Angler bottles. “Consider holding the wildness of a place in your hand, and then tossing it back.
