Here’s what I did to go from BAD BUILT BUTCH BODY to whatever the opposite of THAT is! 😆 The topic’s women’s health and loving our bodies - don’t get it twisted - I loved my previous body… But I’m extra loving the more energized, fitter me! WEIGHT TRAINING Of course exercise - duh! For women, especially over 40, weight/strength training (vs. cardio) is KEY. You👏🏽gotta👏🏽LIFT👏🏽to👏🏽SCULPT!👏🏽 PERIOD! After consistent weight training over a year, I’ve experienced body composition changes - increasing muscle tone and definition.
