Had a great long-distance recall session with Tux today! He nailed it, even with a little challenge thrown his way. I was working on some distance training when our neighbor happened to pull up behind me, getting out of their car right in Tux’s field of vision. I really wish I had caught that on film, because Tux did an amazing job at staying focused and ignoring the distraction. It’s moments like these that remind me how far he’s come with his training! I’m so proud of how well he stayed locked in and made the perfect recall, even when temptation was right there.
