@sjearthquakes Home Opener game vs. Real Salt Lake. Yesterday was an amazing opportunity to officially film a professional league game! This was my first time being on a field with media credentials and having access to capture a game. It was a pinch me moment, because this is what I’ve been waiting and working for. Since high school, I have kept up with my career path and have not given up. In just this last year I made the decision that I wanted to move into the sports industry. As much as it is a male dominated industry, more women, more Latina women are moving into this space. I have to say though I appreciate the male creatives that have lent out a hand to open the door to give opportunities vs. scoffing at a woman wanting a seat at the table.
