BWC’s Woman of the Week is Heidi Bartz, a senior in Accounting! Heidi is the Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi, a national honors society for finance and accounting students. This past summer, she had a part-time finance internship in London while also learning about global human resources. She plans to continue exploring career options with an internship at Crowe in the audit sector this summer before returning to Purdue for her MSA in the fall. Heidi speaks very highly of all the Purdue clubs she has been involved in for personal and career growth, but also as an opportunity to meet other people. She says, “I think one of the things to prioritize coming into college is to try out anything that interests you and really put yourself out there in the process. Purdue can be challenging at times academically, but finding others who are in the same boat as you and there to support you is invaluable”.
