5 minute protein pancake bowl 🥞
perfect for busy mornings when you need to fuel your body for the day ahead
1/3 cup simple mills pancake mix
1 scoop promix protein powder (code SAM)
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp of honey
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp salt
topping | optional
1 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tbsp granola
handful of berries
chia + flax seed
drizzle of honey
Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Depending on the size of the bowl it might need less or more time! Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
