Following mass layoffs across the federal government, including at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, some HUD employees were greeted with a fake video of President Trump with his mouth on the toes of Elon Musk when they returned to the office after the weekend. The fake video was displayed on internal TV monitors, according to two HUD employees who confirmed the prank to NBC News. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
