The only way you can fail in real estate is by completely giving up. For example, some investors have had deals go south, completely give up on real estate, and never try again and will say investing in real estate is a scam… 🚫💸 Having a deal go entirely south doesn’t necessarily mean you failed. There are so many lessons you can take, and it will most likely be a pivotal moment in your investing career. You learn most from your failures and are blinded by success.
