Our theme this year, "Look Out for Yourself. Look Out for Each Other. Look Out for Our Future" is centered around building meaningful relationships with others by acknowledging diverse identities and learning from them. As we focus on getting comfortable with having difficult conversations that challenge our own perspectives, these conversations are opportunities to learn about our own identities.
