BAMA CAMP We are excited to bring back Bama Camp this summer for the 5th summer in a row! Players will learn the basics of throwing and catching to advanced shooting, dodging, defending and other skills. The focus of camp will be on player development and lacrosse IQ using small-sided drills and games where players will get more touches throughout camp. Returning in 2025 is our Elite Training in the afternoons. This is for advanced players looking for higher level training and coaching from Middle school up through High school age players, we’ll be diving deeper into position-specific training and give you the tools to get a leg up on your competition.
