We had the pleasure of cooking for the dallascowboys and their families yesterday. Coach McCarthy brings the player’s family to the facility the day before a game day for lunch and ice cream. Family is what it is all about for meatchurch, so we were honored to be invited to do this again this season. I wanted to go big for the Boys, so we curated an All-Pro BBQ experience. I brought in my BBQ besties daynetxbbq & zavalasbarbecue. Two Texas BBQ legends who are both TMBBQ Top 50 BBQ joints, but more importantly, they are dear friends who brought their families to help us. We were also lucky enough to convince my friend cupcakequeenash, who happens to be the Exec Pastry Chef for the Cowboys, to make some amazing desserts. Our menu was legendary!
