Adam is your go-to person for building meaningful relationships with our leadership team and is committed to supporting you throughout your ministry journey before, during, and after your stay. One of Adam's main responsibilities is creating leader profiles, which includes gathering contact information. This allows him to reach out for casual conversations or even setting up lunch meetings to offer guidance and support. Adam also makes it a point to ask how he can pray for each leader, and he shares some of those prayer requests in our staff meetings so we as a community can also be praying for you.
