I once had a teammate tell me, “When you’re auditioning for this team, you see the woman you want to become. Once you make it, you become that woman.” 🧡💙 As a Black woman, those words hold deep meaning. Every day I spend on this team, I’m filled with gratitude for the women who came before me - who looked like me, who proved that this dream was possible.
