Going stir crazy over here so @brittany__rivas and I have been experimenting with our favorite spirits. This weekend we're playing with @knobcreekbourbon @stgermainuk & @beefeateruk. .... Brittany has been experienting with the gin, and that's cool and all but I'm more about the bourbon. In fact, I have been experimenting for years on ways to make fruity yummy craft drinks using bourbon as a base and I think I finally hit the ball out of the park. .... With the drink we have here, I muddled blackberries, strawberries together with lime juice, agave syrup (@madhavafoods), and a shot of St. Germain. The goal here is to make it taste like a sweet berry limeade. After getting that put together and letting it sit for a minute, I doubled strained the berry infusion into the cup below along with a shot of Knob Creek and fresh ice. For the garnish I gave the strawberry a classic fan, threw in a couple blackberries, and a twist of lime. Let me know if you end up making this at home and follwow...
