This weekend, Indy NXT is finally back and racing in St. Petersburg, Florida! 🏎️☀️ Sophia Floersch will be making her @indynxt debut with @hmdmotorsports on the streets of St. Pete, and we were lucky enough to interview her all the way back in 2018! We spoke with her about her childhood in motorsport, her role models, and more! Sophia has grown and achieved so much since we last spoke with her, and we couldn’t be more proud 💜 “Sometimes it’s really difficult as a girl in motorsport because there’s so many guys. You really need to have balls sometimes because there’s so many men who say it’s not possible for women because it’s a man’s sport. It’s all about believing in yourself.” To view this article, head to our website (femalesinmotorsport.com), navigate to the blog section, and search Sophia’s name! 📸: @christofkreutzer, @sophiafloersch #WomenInMotorsport #IndyNXT
