Our internship offers college-age students a unique opportunity to live on camp for a full year, learning the ins and outs of camp life while receiving mentorship along the way. The program is designed to give you hands-on experience across all areas of ministry, helping you gain clarity on whether pursuing a career in ministry is the right path for you. You’ll work alongside our full-time staff, learning about professionalism, work culture, and how each site operates. Plus, interns receive salary pay and have their living arrangements provided on camp.
