👋🏻 I’m still here It only felt right to catch people up. This year I’ve got some plans for this space and between opening @goldensportsperformance and working the pre-season with @peakperformancerunning I’ve let this space go cold. This little walk down memory lane is only a sliver of the bigger story and I look forward to bringing more to all of you. I was encouraged by many of you to share my knowledge, experience, and more of “me”. If I’m honest - that last one is the hardest. I feel like I’m better at telling a story of other people instead of my own but you don’t grow where / when you’re comfortable. I’ll be doing some spring cleaning around here so pardon the dust while I get things back in order. 🫶🤘🏻✌️
