Introducing our Freshman class of Fall 2025… Next up is Sylvie Aardema Gagnon from Moseley, VA. Sylvie is planning to double major in business and psychology. She chose CMU because of the close relationships between professors and students as well as the outdoor centric campus and student body. She’s also excited for the opportunity to train and learn in Grand Junction. Sylvie’s favorite part about triathlon is the multisport aspect and how exciting races are because of each athlete’s different strengths at different moments. “Thank you so much to Coach Mathe and the entire CMU team.
