Meet Ainsley McLain, a pediatric cancer survivor, @EMU_Lacrosse attack, and their ‘why’ behind rallying for #LaCROSSeOutCancer. Diagnosed with Burkitt’s lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, at 10 years old, Ainsley underwent two rounds of intensive chemotherapy, requiring four different chemo medications and week-long stays at @ChildrensPhila.🎗️ Through the challenges of hair loss and severe side effects, Ainsley’s strength carried her through, and today, she celebrates 8 years cancer-free. Now thriving as an NCAA D1 lacrosse player at Eastern Michigan, Ainsley continues to follow her dreams while inspiring other kids just like her! 🥍 The Eagles have partnered with us to honor Ainsley’s resilience and raise funds for @PCRF_Kids.
