The last few weeks of my life have proved to be very transformational for me…a re-awakening of sorts of coming back home to my faith based religion of Islam ☪️ After years of taking the time to do the inner work and continuously work on healing/clearing ancestral wounds and traumas, my heart began to open more and more light over time. And at first, it felt very uncomfortable. The thoughts, fears and hesitations were coming up like would I be judged? What would my friends and family think of me after being away and doing my own inner work with my spiritual journey? How do I integrate these newfound feelings and understandings I am going through in the right way? Would God accept me after being away for so long? So many thoughts began coming to the surface.
