Campus spokesperson Adam Ratliff said in an email that some issues, such as water heating and fountains in Spens-Black and Norton Hall have since been fixed; however, similar problems remain and new ones have come up, according to current residents. The lobby areas of Norton and Spens-Black Halls were under construction, leaving residents without kitchenettes for most of the last academic semester. According to another campus spokesperson, Lindsey Michels, these areas were to be fully available and functional by the end of last year.
