Three teens were killed and a fourth critically burned in a Cybertruck crash because the driver was drunk, high, and speeding, police have determined. The teens, all 19, died in the fiery crash in Piedmont, California, after 12am on November 27. Another student, 20, was pulled alive from the SUV and seriously burned, but survived after several surgeries and a long hospital stay. 'Officers determined that a combination of driving under the influence of drugs and unsafe speed were the causes of this crash,' the report revealed. The driver had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.195 and his blood samples tested positive for c*caine and m*th, according to toxicology results.
