Sometimes, these events just mean a little extra. Actually, scratch that—it’s all the time. They just mean something special in a unique way every time. Telluride epitomized that. I don’t circumlocute on this: the mission is to shift the culture of mental health in our communities. How does that happen? We showed Feel It All and then Paddy and I hopped on stage at the Sheridan Opera House. This theater, this stage, and this gathering place of community was built in 1913—112 years ago. In that time since, it’s been a mainstay and has acted as a cultural epicenter in one of the towns at the epicenter of mountain culture. Supposedly some legendary French actress named Sarah Bernhardt performed on this stage in the early 20th century. More recently, Aziz Ansari has cracked jokes on this same stage.
