they say don’t focus on the people who don’t get it but a FEATURE of the internet is that the more of THESE comments I get the more I end up in places that continually attack for literally just LIVING MY LIFE. but what I do know is that I get a lot of messages from people who are like me - under attack on the internet just for expressing themselves. one of these ways I’ve felt empowered to rise above this noise is to use their noise in my own way. Lift these comments up so that they don’t hold power over me or anyone else. The comments lose their meaning in this light. For anyone who gets messages like this / stay strong.
