Some lessons are just a little more painful than others and you hope you don’t have to learn them too many times 😂 Try this workout and see how you get on! . 5x AMRAP3 20 cal echo bike 15 bar facing burpees Max power snatch at 135/95lbs Rest 1 min between sets. . 1 minute starts to go by quick! Leave some reps in reserve from the start. I picked an aggressive bike pace and I managed to hang onto it, but it was a high cost in the last 2 rounds 😅. My reps were 17/17/16/16/15.
