After the strong winds and storms recently, residents across Alabama have been experiencing power outages. Alabama Power Company reports more than 7,000 residents in West Alabama counties are being effected by the power outages. Alabama Power and sister company Mississippi Power continue to monitor the storm's damage and is sending crews to help effected areas.
