If I can only pick one thing to focus on, it’s my elbows. thebalancedrunner taught me this trick and it has helped me so much. My left hip drop has decreased dramatically and most importantly I feel better running and don’t get as beat up from my runs.
Give it a try for a few runs and lmk what you think!! Changing something always feels weird at first but for me the positive benefits immediately felt worth it and eventually it became natural. Now it’s hard for me to NOT do this!
