Does seafood belong on a pizza!? I think so. Cioppino pizza, the newest reason to pop that pinky. My guy chucksflavortrain made his famous cioppino at tfti.bbq birthday and we had to toss it on a pizza! Combining some horseradish and homemade pizza sauce we created base that was like if cocktail sauce and pizza sauce had a love child. That went as the base along with some mozz, then in the oven it went to par-bake. Once cooked but not crispy we took it out and topped with all that fresh seafood and a couple spoonfuls of broth and we tossed it back in to crisp up. We topped it with some parsley cuz Popeye said you always need some greens. Idk all what Chuck puts in this cioppino, but I did see that melindasfoods going in!!
