2025 MCHC Vezina Cup Champions 🏆 The Hope Flying Dutchmen complete the three-peat defeating Lawrence Tech Blue Devils, 5-2, in the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference Final at Patterson Ice Center, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Saturday, March 8th, 2025. Hope becomes the third team in 33 years of the MCHC to three-peat as conference champions. Ferris State was the first to do it in 1993, 1994, and 1995; eventually winning their fourth consecutive in 1996. Central Michigan was the latest team to accomplish the feat in 1997, 1998, and 1999. The Dutchmen will be moving up to the GLCHL in ACHA Division 1 upon completion of the 2024-25 season. They’ve won 9 Vezina Cups and 3 National Championships in their 28 years at the Division 3 level. Hope’s chase for title no. 4 continues at the 2025 ACHA National Championships in St. Louis, Missouri starting March 18th.
