Meet Laura Bowman, our project manager, research and evaluation for employment pathways. For many young people, finding a first job is a milestone—one that brings independence, confidence and new opportunities. But for youth with disabilities, the path to employment is often filled with barriers that go beyond typical job-seeking challenges. Laura and her team are creating pathways to employment for youth with disabilities through our employment pathways programs like Youth@Work, VolunteerABLE and Project SEARCH.
