After an incredible run at Nationals, we are proud to announce that we finished 5th in the country, the highest finish in UVA history. Huge thanks to our coach, @michael_vaden_ for making the trip to Gainesville, to @pranay_vittal for his outstanding efforts in the cage, and congratulations to @willempalmer26 for earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team. To start nationals, we edged out the University of Colorado 15-14 in a nail-biting triple-overtime thriller, with @robertocarbonee delivering the game-winner off a clutch assist from @mahcs__ . In the quarterfinals, We went head-to-head with the three-time defending champions, UC San Diego, in a fiercely contested battle. Despite a hat trick from @willempalmer26 we came up short, falling 12-8. However, we bounced back with a hard-fought 19-18 win over Texas A&M with eight different players scoring, including four goals from @nic_hoffs and three from @dorukozar .
