Protecting Bago Estuary! 🚣‍♂️🌿 The 4ocean Java River Team set out on a 1.5-hour journey from the Setail River to the Bago Estuary—an important habitat constantly threatened by plastic pollution carried in by western winds. When the team arrived, the estuary was covered in trash. But with determination, they patrolled the waterways, cleared plastic from the mangroves, and transported the collected waste for proper processing—removing 1,995 pounds of plastic in total!
