The orange uniforms are officially done. Auburn just completed the first regular season since 1988-89 in which they didn't wear an orange uniform. With the Tigers locking up the top seed in the SEC Tournament and eyeing the overall #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, Auburn will be wearing white the rest of the way. The Tigers began the season in white and navy uniforms. Then superstition took over after the Tigers rattled off a 27-4 record and the orange uniforms remained in the closet. Some believe the lack of orange was due to the incoming switch from Under Armour to Nike. But that is not the case. Auburn has had the orange uniforms available all season but chose not to wear them.
