Florida State redshirt senior running back Roydell Williams will be returning during the 2025 season. Williams was thought to be the lead running back after transferring in from the Crimson Tide. However, he suffered a significant injury early in the 2024 campaign and was able to redshirt to return to play the following season. The Seminoles’ running back position room has to replace the likes of Lawrance Toafili, but they added the very talented true freshman Ousmane Kromah, who will be arriving this summer. Florida State has offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn calling plays, who loves to establish the run early and often.
