Hey ya'll, I hope your weekend was a good one! Popping in with a loving reminder to be kind and gentle with yourself. This past year has been stressful, and as we approach the 1 year mark of being in a pandemic, lots of feelings may be getting stirred up and you might be feeling a little crispy around the edges. You might be finding yourself a little shorter on patience, a little more irritable, and a little less tolerant of others and yourself. Remember to take the steps you need to give yourself a little more breathing room: have a good laugh with a friend, listen to your favorite Beyoncé songs, go for a walk if you can safely, or take a couple of deep breaths while burning your favorite candle.
