Another day, another Kitchen Co-op event! 🧑‍🍳 @pacific.ips and @thecenteratpacific / @apidatpacific hosted a samosa cooking session earlier today in celebration of APID Heritage Month! This South Asian pastry usually has a savory filling. Ours were made mainly with potatoes! 🤗
