Real talk. Nothing prepares you for the moment you are no longer actively participating in the sport that became your life for so long. Nothing prepares you for the feeling of emptiness, the lack of motivation. The void. I still struggle with the reality of not playing anymore, at least not for now, but sports photography definitely helps distract me. I love this. I love sports.
