Qualifying today for the Region 12 USATF championship meet was so much better than 24 hours ago when I no heighted 🙃. Things weren't all bad tho, hurdling went well, I 3 stepped most of the hurdles and threw the shot 33 ft. 👍👍👏 #blessed #vaultbarngals
