Before I head off to Austin I wanted to make sure that I thanked Coach Pikes of valencia_tf and gti_training for helping me learn hurdles this year! We only worked together for a few months and didn’t have a lot of time to practice due to my schedule, but we made some noise, got a new league record, and had some fun along the way. I’m so thankful for your help and I now feel better prepared to learn more about the hurdles in college. Even though you downplay your hurdles coaching, you’re an amazing hurdles coach.
