Had a great interview with Erik Boal on the Dyestat Discussions podcast (Episode 1030). We talked about my thoughts on competing in my first heptathlon at this week’s Arcadia Invitational, the challenge of training and competing in multiple events during the regular high school season, and competing in 4 individual events at CIF and state. We discussed my goal to win my first state title and the possibility of bringing a team title back to Castaic.
