Had a decent day at my first Winter Championships Qualifier this track season. My 60m time was okay, but I wish I could have run with the fast heat. Still need to work on my sprint mechanics. Ran my first ever 600m and I’m definitely happy with the time. I’m not as intimidated about running an 800m in a heptathlon or pentathlon.😅 I was nervous about trying to high jump after running the 600m, but I’m satisfied with the performance. Wish I would’ve made the 5’8” attempt in the video, but I’m okay with 5’6” today.
