While we talk about mental health all year long over at @therapyforblackgirls, July always feels just a little extra special because we get to celebrate Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. It’s an opportunity to dig a little deeper and this year the theme we’ve chosen is “The Skin I’m In.” We’ll be expanding the conversations around what it means to be a Black woman and looking at all the ways we can love and celebrate ourselves and each other, just the way we are.
