It’s #womenshistorymonth and I felt like this would be the perfect time to share this story. Taking a step back from training was hard for me, and the pap/colposcopy/biopsy was a terrible experience. My doctor definitely downplayed how much pain I’d be in during and after 😭…but I’m grateful to have an amazing support system in my family and friends. Let this be a cautionary tale to not put off getting that test!
