A Temple Station deputy arrested a suspect for possession of a controlled substance last night in cityofrosemead Due to recent changes in the law, the Temple Station deputy was able to arrest the suspect for a felony because they had three prior convictions for possession of a a controlled substance. The Temple Station deputy collected evidence during the investigation and booked the evidence in the Temple Station evidence room. The Temple Station evidence custodian properly documented the evidence where it will be used for court proceedings.
