Deputies responded to a person unresponsive in their vehicle. Upon deputies arriving on scene they discovered two things, the male adult was ok and he identified himself as a federal agent. They additionally found a badge, a BB gun, and red and blue lights for a vehicle. After further investigation deputies discovered the male was in fact not a federal agent. He was arrested for impersonating a federal agent and booked (felony offense). Due to the male impersonating a federal agent, our partners on the federal side were notified of the incident.
